Himani holds an MBA from Said Business School,
Oxford and an engineering degree from BITS, Pilani.

Himani started her career as a Management Trainee with Hindustan Unilever and then went on to work as a management consultant with Capgemini and Pricewaterhouse Coopers in London. She also worked with Unitus
for 3 years helping microfinance institutions improve their operating practices.

Sreelata holds a post graduate degree from Texas A & M University and an engineering degree from CBIT, Hyderabad.
Sreelata has been involved with Kriti since its inception in 2009 and formally joined as a Trustee of the organization in 2013. Sreelatha is an experienced IT professional with over 15 years of experience in software development for large companies in the U.S. She is passionate about working with children and leads a lot of the work in education.

Mrs. Subhashini has been working for Kriti Social Initiatives since February 2018 in the role of Education Programs Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible to improve the education quality in the government schools supported by Kriti under Project Shiksha. This includes recruitment of teaching staff, organizing trainings and monitoring the teaching and learning in schools. Under Project Champion she plans for sports programs in schools and under Project Tulika she manages the planning and execution of the education program in anganwadi centres for pre-school children.
Before joining Kriti, she has performed a variety of roles, as a Teacher, Principal, and as a Lecturer in College of Education. She joined the NGO sector in 2004 and worked as Schools assessor, trainer,

K. Mahender Reddy, holds an M. Com degree from Osmania University and has over nine years of experience in Finance and Accounting in NGO sector. He has earlier worked in the Centre for Peoples Forestry, Hyderabad, as an Accounts Officer. He is the Admin and Finance Manager at Kriti and is responsible for maintaining accounts, budget reports, fund flows, compliances, and General Administration

Ms Ranjana Kumari has completed B Com Hons from Ranchi followed by the Program in Development Management offered by Tata Dhan Academy, Madurai. She is passionate about doing grass root work in development
and spent two years in interior Uttar Pradesh with Grameen Development Services in a project covering nutrition behavior and Change communication. She then worked with KGVK Ranchi as Assistant
manager for a Holistic Rural Development program. At Kriti, she is the Project Coordinator for Project Milan – a program to empower women through skills training, capacity building and linkage
to livelihoods.

Sristy completed her degree in Fashion Designing from NIFT, Hyderabad in 2014. She worked with a label called Mrunalini Rao before joining Kriti in May 2016. She left Kriti for two years to start her own sustainable fashion brand called Elore and joined us back in Jan 2020.

Bharath is a graduate of Information Technology from CBIT, Hyderabad.He worked with Happi Clap as an event manager before joining Kriti in November 2020. At Kriti he is the field coordinator for all our education related projects and also lends a hand with e-commerce support.

Sidra Shamshad has completed Masters in Social Work from Visva- Bharati University,Santiniketan.She started her career as Management Trainee at Jaipur Rugs Foundation at jaipur where she was developing content and facilitating the skill training programs for artisans .After she moved to Hyderabad worked as a Cluster Coordinator at United Way Hyderabad where she was handling projects by State Street. She joined Kriti in 2022 as Project Coordinator and now handles Project Buniyad and Project Kaushal at Kriti's new location Talabkatta (old city).

Jaya has completed Bachelors in Biotechnology from Bharati vidyapeeth Pune . Before joining Kriti she did an internship with Bhumi Organisation as a Fundraising Executive. She also worked as a Project Coordinator for Youth Empowerment Foundation. She also joined as a fellow in the Access Livelihood fellowship Program.At Kriti, she is the Project coordinator for Project Pehchaan, our women empowerment program.

Swapna has completed a diploma in Fashion Designing Technology from ATDC, Hyderabad. She worked as a fashion consultant at a fashion studio for eighteen months before joining Kriti in September 2020. She also worked as an Arts and Crafts teacher for a year. At Kriti, she is the Project coordinator for Project Milan, our women’s skills training program.

Suvarchala is an engineering graduate with 5 years of experience in relevant fields. Her passion for teaching led her to join the teaching field as a computer teacher and simultaneously pursue a degree in education. With her in-depth knowledge about teaching and computers she got an opportunity to join as Computer program coordinator in Kriti. In Kriti her role is to monitor, guide and develop curriculum related to computer courses
